Greenergy Baltic was founded to operate in the oil wholesale business
A group of private entrepreneurs established St1 chain, which became a client of Greenergy Baltic
St1 service station chain became part of the company
NEOT (North European Oil Trade Oy) was founded together with S Group for fuel supply
The first Swedish St1 distribution sites were opened
St1 Biofuels Oy was founded together with VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland
ExxonMobil Finnish affiliate Oy Esso Ab was acquired and the company was named St1
The first Etanolix® biorefinery started to produce advanced ethanol from bakery waste
A network of 200 sites in Sweden and Norway was purchased from StatoilHydro ASA
TuuliWatti Oy was founded together with S-Voima
RE85 high-blend advanced ethanol fuel was launched
Etelä-Suomen Lämpöpalvelut Oy was acquired (now St1 Lähienergia Oy/St1 Local Energy)
The first Bionolix® biorefinery started to produce advanced ethanol from municipal and retail biowaste
