With further ambitions to develop our strategic and operational HR capabilities, the following change will take place 17 April 2023.
Tom Rinne M.Sc (Business Administration) has been appointed the new Group HR Director and a member of St1 Nordic Management Team. Tom will report to Group CEO Henrikki Talvitie.
Tom has extensive and solid work experience in various HR positions, the most recent of which is People and Culture Lead for Tietoevry's Cloud & Security Business Unit. Tom’s international working experience extends, among other things, to responsibilities as an HR Lead in business units ranging from 500 – 3000 employees as well as leading the Tietoevry corporate Staffing function. During his career, he has gained experience in change management & integration, talent management, developing resourcing and recruitment together with competence management and leadership development.
