The General Meeting of St1 Nordic Oy elected on 24 April 2020 a new Board member Kati Ihamäki, Master of Science in Economics. Ihamäki, 51 years, serves as Vice President, Brand and Corporate Responsibility in OP Financial Group and has previously held several positions at Finnair, most recently as Vice President, Sustainable Development. Kati Ihamäki is also the Vice Chairman of the Sustainability Committee of the Central Chamber of Commerce and a Board member of the Global Compact Network Finland.
At the same time, the General Meeting decided to increase the number of Board members to five. Sampsa Halinen, Master of Science in both Economics and Engineering, Mikko Koskimies, Managing Director of eQ Asset Management Ltd, Kim Wiio, Managing Director of Mininvest Oy, and Mika Anttonen, the Principal Shareholder and Chairman of the Board of St1 Nordic Oy, will continue on St1 Nordic Oy's Board of Directors.
