The Annual General Meeting of St1 Nordic Oy was held on 19 April 2021 under special arrangements at the company's headquarters in Helsinki. In order to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Annual General Meeting and the review of the Group's CEO could be followed remotely.
The Annual General Meeting supported all proposals in accordance with the agenda. The Annual General Meeting adopted the company’s financial statements for 2020 and discharged the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability for 2020.
