St1 organization in transformation

To better utilize its strength of being a Nordic company St1 implemented the new Group level business unit structure in 2018, and already see it is starting to pay off.

Our Culture for Growth provides a strong platform to develop the competence of the whole organization not only to meet the future requirements but also to drive the inevitable transformation, explains CEO Henrikki Talvitie and expresses his gratitude towards the employees.
